EL ARTISTA ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF A NEW CIGAR BRAND
El Artista Cigars announces the launch of a new cigar brand for 2019: Buffalo TEN. “We feel this is the beginning of a great flagship product line for us,” says Radhames ‘Ram’ Rodriguez, President of El Artista Cigars, “not only does it smoke great but the whole package looks amazing. We have developed something that we feel cannot be beat”.
With a suggested retail price of $4.50 per cigar, the new cigar brand is an everyday smoke with a blend unparalleled in taste and variety of tobaccos. “Buffalo TEN truly demonstrates the strengths of El Artista,” says Kevin Newman, Director of Sales & Marketing, “the factory team worked with us to source some of the best tobaccos available and integrate a few factory-exclusives for a phenomenal blend at an incredible price”.
Buffalo TEN is available in one size, a soft box pressed 6×50 Toro, and El Artista offers it in two retail packages, as an attractive 5-Pack ($22.50 MSRP) in a wooden retail shelf display that holds five 5-packs or as a single-stick purchase ($4.95 MSRP) from a 40-ct retail bundle tray. “We are experimenting with Buffalo TEN in terms of packaging options and a great low price point that we feel is attractive to both consumers and the brick & mortar retailer,” states Ram.
Buffalo TEN is a complex blend composed of six different tobaccos from across The Americas and Caribbean. Buffalo TEN features a toothy Mexican San Andres maduro wrapper and a rich Dominican Negrito binder. The filler blend is sourced from USA, Colombia, and the company’s own fields in the Dominican Republic. Two tobaccos are exclusive to El Artista: Dominican T-13 Hybrid found in the filler and the Dominican Negrito binder.
Buffalo TEN will be available for sale to retailers in North America at the 87th Annual IPCPR Trade Show in Las Vegas starting June 29, 2019 and will ship the second week of July 2019.
